How far in advance should I book a session?
Weddings typically book several months in advance. Portraits and couples sessions have more flexibility. However, feel free to reach out any time—if we have an opening, we’ll accommodate you.
Do you provide edited images or raw files?
All packages include professionally edited, high-resolution JPEGs delivered via a secure online gallery. Raw files remain part of our archival system to maintain quality control but can be licensed for an additional fee.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate for an outdoor shoot?
We monitor forecasts closely. If conditions look unfavourable, we’ll suggest rescheduling at no extra cost or moving to an indoor location that fits your vision.
How long does it take to receive the photos?
Weddings are delivered within 3 months. Portrait and couples sessions are delivered earlier.
Do you travel and where are you based?
Yes, we are available worldwide. We are based in Ottawa and Toronto, Canada.
